Swimming more during the first sessions is not synonymous with getting quick results. It is about working the technique well and being effective.
The key is to have a smooth stroke that does not splash, but glides through the water. If you notice that you splash a lot, the stroke technique is not optimal.
In swimming, the feet make up the second block. In this case, the most effective kick is the one performed with the knees bent and the feet straight, pointed. And the achievement of the kick resembles the movement of a snip.
If you feel fatigued
If you are in the middle of your training session and you notice that you are fatigued or tired, you can try swimming several pools gently or even with a pull-boy between the legs or a footboard so that you can catch up air and lower the rhythm and / or intensity of the swim.
Exhale through the nose
The trick that is most difficult to achieve and that, at the same time, is one of the most important for achieving easy and constant swimming. What’s more, the proper breathing technique in swimming is to breathe through your mouth. As long as the face remains in the water, the mouth will be closed, but when the face is pulled out to inhale, air will be drawn through the mouth. The proper technique is to breathe through your mouth and through your nose. The idea is that when practicing the turn, exhale through the nose.
